Sharp in more than one way! Not only are the blades sharp with a very nice and neat edge that is holding very well, but the knife block and handles have a 'sharp' look. They look great in the kitchen and give off a "professional chef lives here" vibe. All the knives cut very well and are well weighted. The handles are easy to grip and there is no slippage even with wet hands. Easy to clean, Easy to Store, and Easy to keep sharp. Very pleased with this set.

Everything is nice and sharp. I really enjoy the built in knife sharpener. Everything is easy to clean. Love the color. Only thing is I wish the scissors were sharper.
