It works really well and feels pretty sturdy, especially for the price. I’m a fan. It’s really shiny and pretty. It was easy to put together. You can change the light bulb when it dies too. The perfect night light.

Love it! Bough this as a gift for my volcano obsessed child. He loves it. It’s good size comes in lots of colors. It definitely gets warm to the touch but not burning that I can tell, (wouldn’t put my hand on it still). Classic lava lamp look, “lava” flows well. Would purchase again.

I ordered this lava lamp for my son for Christmas. It didn’t arrive on time, but when it did he was ecstatic. He really likes the sleek design, reminiscent of a space shuttle. The body of the lamp is a metallic blue with globs of neon green blobs. He proudly placed it in his “man cave” and tells everyone he knows that it is very relaxing/calming to watch, and the colors are “cool.”

Packaged well, arrived on time and reasonably priced. Works as supposed to. Our grandson loves it!

This thing shattered all over my floor, super tiny pieces everywhere. This was on the first time plugging it in and no we didn’t leave it plugged in for two long. The pieces were so small I cut my foot, and my daughter cut hers. After we swept and vacuumed and vacuumed again and again. This product is DANGEROUS.

UPDATE 03/2025: Updating my 2 star review because customer service has quickly reached out to me to resolve my broken bulb socket. They offered a full refund or free replacement. I did go with a full refund just because I had already purchased another lava lamp for my son beforehand. 4 stars for their support! Light lasted 2 months and it stopped turning on, noticed the inside socket under the glass bottle came unhooked and was broken in the lights base.

This JAMBO lava-style lamp is beautiful and really relaxing to watch. The blue glass with yellow and green wax looks amazing when it’s on, and the slow magma motion is calming. It works great as a night light or just for decoration in a bedroom, living room, or office. The size is perfect at 16 inches, and it adds a cool vibe to the room. Great for adults, teens, or kids — definitely recommend if you want something fun and relaxing.

I bought this as a gift for my boys for Christmas and they absolutely love it! I didn't realize before hand that it takes awhile for it to heat up and work, so I turn it in a few hours before bedtime, but when it's on its so mesmerizing to watch. The colors scheme is really pretty too and has kept them entertained (and in bed!).

Good but bulb blew in second use

Bought this for my step daughter for her birthday. We collect motion lamps and she wants to start. This one is really nice. The light and the colour is really pretty and true to the phots. Jambo makes a great lamp. This is the fourth one I've bought. If you want one, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

J’ai commandé cette lampe « dite à magma « pour une classe ULIS, unité locale d’inclusion scolaire. Elle a beaucoup plue. Elle permet de visualiser les liquides missiles et non missibles, comme l’huile et l’eau. Des précautions sont à prendre parce que ça chauffe. Mais globalement, c’est top!

Bulb exploded as soon as we plugged it in, creating a cloud of smoke. Very unsafe and unsuitable for use. To return we would have to pay more than the product is worth to send back to USA. Do not buy this product if in UK
