Raise3D N2 Plus 3D Printer with Dual Extruder

has a learning curve.... my 14 year old makes awsome stuff!

Not sure where to start here. I was excited when I purchased and finally got the unit in my hands, but when I was unboxing it... I saw trouble at first sight. The wheels at the base of the unit were well worn and scratched. The base plate (underside) of the unit was also scratched. The acrylic glass panels on the printer were not flush with the frame. The door was slightly bulging outward.Okay, so these are all cosmetic issues. Not something I expect on a $4000 3D printer, but I guess it's the print quality and functionality that counts right? Well, this printer never even worked for me. The moment I turned it on, the ONLY available option on the touch screen was "safe mode." Raise3D support said that it was likely due to a unhooked USB cable and attempted to guide me thru the repair, but the hex screws that were fixing the panels were worn :(. In addition, I showed my wife the unit that same night and the LEDs were flickering a ton (and not in a good way either). Raise3D support was nice and offered to repair the unit free of charge, but I would rather spend my money on more reliable products. Bottom line... probably a good printer, but you will likely be spending some good time with tech support.

Initially I struggled with this printer but after contacting their support team I quickly got things up and running. Hands down the best print quality of any printer I've seen, massive build volumes take restrictions off what you want to make. They have support unlike I've ever seen before. When you contact support they respond to your emails quickly (within the hour) and if you are watching you're email they will have a live chat with you through email. So far I've managed to squeeze out a 35 hour print in near perfect state and am excited to use this printer in the future.

No complaints. Been printing non stop since I bought it.Very easy to use. Large enough to make a good size part.Only recommendation is not to use the software they reccomend.Simplify 3d works much better for slicing.

I have had this printer for about a year now and I was in denial I thought for the heavy price tag it would have been a solid printer and I have to say I would rather put my confidence in my flsun qq that cost 10% of this printer I havnt had it work properly since day one and customer service forgot about me twice took 3 months for an answer and when I thought my troubles were behind me breaking 2 ruby nozzles and my bondtech getting plastic stuck inside the only piece that doesn't come apart so upgrades are worthless wont help I also put tl smothers newest ones I still have ghosting yes on a $4000 plus printer I've made bad choices in my life but this one takes the cake about 4500$ in and I'm still here today with a printer that dont work as of today not kidding raise3d you let me down I cant stand behind this product I'm even embarrassed to resell this knowing what I know I couldn't in good concious sell this for even $3000

Bought this and does a very good job printing stuff like how you can do over sized items too. Would recommend for anyone easy to use too.

I have had nothing but problems with this machine and the helpdesk is not following through.There ticket system sucks and one after the other problem occurs.Since I have had this printer I had more work done on trouble shooting than tha acctual printing.Joep
