Can I use my own fragrance oil with F26/CF12?

We do not recommend using your own perfume as it may clog the spray nozzle. CEENIU's perfume refills are sourced from Robertet in France and are designed to fit the ultrasonic atomization function for optimal use.

Are you planning to add new scents in the future?

Yes, CEENIU is collaborating with Robertet to create custom fragrance blends that cater specifically to the preferences of Arab customers. We plan to launch new scents of fragrance in the future, providing more options for American customers.

What should I do if there is an issue?

This product includes a 180-day CeeniuCare service. If any issues arise, feel free to get in touch with us via Amazon, and we will provide the optimal solution within 12 hours for any problem.

Do I need to replace the cotton swab of the F26?

No need to replace cotton swab. After 20 sprays, scent transitions; completely changes after 60 sprays. New F26 simplifies installation and avoids errors.
