O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream for Extreme Dryness - 3.4 oz Jar (12 Pack) - Repairing Skincare for Cracked, Dry Hands

I have used this for several years, and it is the best hand cream out there. I would like to mention that it does not 'feel' great on your hands after you put it on, as it has paraffin in it, (the reason it WORKS!) , therefore I only use it at night. I have found that using it only at night, it does the best job, as it stays on your hands and gets a chance to work. I tried wearing it during the day, but found it didn't stay on long enough to do any good, as I seem to be working with water and washing hands too much. Just using it once at night still makes my hands much softer than any other lotion or cream I have tried, day or night. I recommend it to everyone I know!

I have Eczema and the ointments the doctor gives me stop the allergic reaction, but, really dry out my skin. This is the best cream I have found to manage the dry skin and It doesn't leave me covered in Vaseline. I was buying it at a local tool store and they were out of it when I went in last week. So, I bought the 12 pak since it doesn’t have a shelf life and I keep a can at work, at home and in the car. Also, it works out a couple bucks a can cheaper this way.

This cream is great for anyone, especially gardeners and homemakers. Formerly, I used cocoa butter, but O'Keefe's Working Hands Hand Creme is more economical and does the best job. My friends and family comment that my formerly chapped and dry hands are supple, smooth and soft without cracking, which is a 100% improvement, which I attribute, principally, to the application of this product after working and removing gloves, if used, and also every evening before going to bed. If you try it for several consecutive months, you will verify that my comment is spot-on!

This is a unique lotion. You use it once and don't need lotion for a few days. It is a little weird at first after you put it on, but once it settles in it is amazing. Made great work gifts with a few chocolates added.

Seit Jahrenn habe ich mit trockenen Fingerspitzen und Daumen zu kämpfen. Die obere Hautschicht ist trocken und reisst ständig ein. Die Salbe habe ich zufällig vor ca 3 Wochen im Baumarkt bekommen, war dort recht teuer (9,90€) . Nach 3 Tagen war die Haut als wäre nie etwas gewesen, glatt und rissfrei. Man muss aber halt jeden Tag mindestens 1 mal eincremen, es war ja auch mal zu Ende mit dem Inhalt. Da merkt man das schon, hat aber ca 1 Woche noch nachgewirkt .
