As another reviewer has suggested, you could perhaps turn it into a game, by having a forfeit for passing on a question... no doubt in adult circles, as the game is intended for, this may be an alcohol based forfeit or a dare of some sort. I also don't really think this is a "night out" sort of "game", but something for a night in with drinks and plenty of time to talk... but again, only if you are with people you trust, who you know would not then go and air your dirty laundry... because trust me, if you use these cards, you will air some!
