Somewhat difficult to get on, but they need to be snug. Do not go up a size or you defeat the purpose. Be sure to measure accurately. They make your legs feel so much better!

They were way too tight for me. I had to get 15-20 and they were plenty good for my swollen ankles.

If you are worried of these are medical grade don’t be. They are. I always wore the closed toes and now I never will again. These are easy to put on and take off due to the open toe too. The quality is the best part about them. I know I am using a great product. I ordered 4 more pairs. The video helps you go through what size and they fit perfectly. The length is just right too. These are a dark brown but I use another sock over them with pants and no one even knows I am wearing them. I can wear open toe shoes with pants as well. Happy these are sold on Amazon. Highly recommend.

The color is pretty nice. All the following complaints probably indicate they are very good at compression. Just not for me! first time I got the stronger compression. Gave up putting them on. Dr.said needed for a looong plane trip, so sent them back and got the lesser. The very quick turnaround was excellent! After several tries over a period of days finally got them on. One problem is that my fingers are simply not that strong any more. And neither are my shoulders! Ended up lying on my back to pull them on. As someone else said, then I needed a nap. I wore them several hours, and my feet felt cold. Thought that might be a good sign as they cut off the circulation. Then wore them a second day and decided that they are so tight still that they act kind like a tourniquet and would be worse for my circulation (on the plane) than without. Had to be careful as they tended to pull up longer over my knee and then rolled down, which was very uncomfortable. Feet (on the toeless ones) rolled up. Wore them with sandals. Closed toe might be different. Maybe will order the "helpers" someone wrote about but won't have in time for the trip. My problem is not as bad as some, I hope. My legs swell often, but no varicose veins etc. Thank goodness. My hat is off to those of you who are able to get these girdles on!!!!
