It was good and well packed.

well packed & in good condition. All the plates are good and we get soft idlis, cleaning also very easy, so all good satisfied except the copper bottom kadai, its not sturdy enough and the fresh polish changed soon. otherwise, I would recommend this product. note: we have to use the tong to take out the plates from the kadai

Sturdy but dissolve the purpose of two plates
It's nice in terms of its steel quality and overall size. **The major disadvantage is the distance between two plates is so less that lower plate(idli and dhokla) will stick to the bottom of the upper plate. Refer the pics. My idlis got stuck. Same happens in case of dhoklas. So at a time either I can use only one plate or i have to make really tiny idlies in the lower plate, which is definitely not expected. So please think before buying
