where are these made?

these fake single rose flowers are made of silk fabric, and the stems are made of iron, covered with valid green plastic

These will be submerged in water will they hold up?

The stems are thick plastic over bendable wore. The leaves and flowers are material. I have no idea why you’d want to submerge them.. that’s up to you. They are gorgeous and hardly flowers

Are these silk or foam. all i keep finding is foam i need silk

No they are silky but look very real . I recommend them. They are very elegant.
