They had me under the impression that this was an isotonic supplement - like a powder that you add to water and then drink. When I found the product on Amazon for a much cheaper price, I was very excited to give it a try. However, I should have read the description a bit more closely. I saw the word "packet" and assumed that meant packets of powder. They are packets of pills - big pills and a lot of them, like 5 or 6 per packet. It's a good thing I'm not pregnant yet because I'm confident that morning sickness would keep any woman from successfully taking these pills. This product was expensive so I will keep using them until they are gone, but I definitely will not be purchasing them again. If I am going to take a pill I would much rather just take one and be done with it.
