The Action Bible: Heroes and Villains

Awesome book, fun and engaging. My daughter loves the artwork and loves reading about the characters. It sparked questions and it was fun to teach her the history of us believers. Great job creating this!

Good book that gets boys and girls who love wonder women and bat man into Bible characters!! They have them drawn like super heroes in comics style and it is drawn well although if your kids aren’t into that kind of superhero stuff they might find the drawings a little intimidating.

This book is a great way to get your young one involved and interested in the stories of the Bible. My son is 11 and he loves the idea of the good guys and the bad guys. This book shows that in an interesting way. The fact that this is something that actually happened and talks about people he hears about in church really helps him connect the dots. The pictures are great and not graphic. It’s something that anyone can learn something from. Sometimes these books teach adults things too as the Bible can be difficult to decipher. Great Christmas idea!

The whole family loves this book! We even had a bible character night with our small group at church and I brought it. Other families want it for themselves and their kids (most of the kids are over 8 years old). Most of the other families have the other Action Bible so this was an easy win for them, too. The illustrations are real nice and cool to look at with older kids since most bibles with pictures are very soft. I love the little details like John the Baptist wore camel-hair clothing. I also heard he might have eaten bugs. It might be more graphic for kids under 10 or 8 since it does have Jezebel's story about her death and dogs eating everything but her skull, feet, and hands. Kid's just love their new Action Bible. First Bible that the kids are actually going to read. They love the idea that there were Heroes and Villains in the bible days. It is in comics form. What a concept! Wish I had this as a child.

My boys love these books and spend a lot of time reading them. I really appreciate that they present Bible stories in a format that's both engaging and easy for them to understand. It’s a great way to encourage reading while also reinforcing faith. I would definitely recommend these for boys ages 8–12!

I learned allot from this book and I loved it so much I bet you I could’ve read this in one sitting it was amazing
