Review: Love it to make perfect pizza cuts - I bought this because I used to use the roller pizza cutter. The problem with that is that it smushes the toppings and spoils the pizza slices honestly. It drags the cheese and toppings with it as it rolls and it is very sharp as well. So you can't use it on plastic cutting boards (esp with microplastics it is best to use wood boards or stone ones like granite topped which are best). This one has the right size to cut a 12" pizza and worked amazingly well. it simply rolls over the pizza and you can make easy great pizza cuts. The quality is fantastic and the blade isn't sharp so it is safe for kids to use too. The unit stows easily and cleans easily too. Overall this is a fantastic purchase for home made pizza lovers

A: It is made in China. Just one of the 115 countries that still allow slavery!

**Q: What is the gauge of the blade?**
A: I pulled out my welding gauge feeler.  It seems to be in-between 22 and 24 gauge.

**Q: Does this pizza slicer bend while cutting? I have used one that is bendable, and I want one that is extremely stiff while cutting**
A: This one is very solid and stiff .  In fact I have to toss the pizza on a cutting board when I square cut it as the rocker does not flex enough to cut it on the pan.

**Q: Is the rocker blade nsf?**
A: There is no NSF stamp on it but I’d assume it would be. It’s made from food grade 18/0 stainless steel. I’d think that would be about as good as needed for sanitation.

Very sharp blade, cuts the pizza perfect! It is easy to grip. This blade works best on a flat surface. This is amazing and so easy to use. Nice clean cuts for your pizza. No scrubbing necessary as other stainless steal cutters. Nice cover to protect the blade.
