Although this is actually a beautiful well-made item, it appears to be like an 18-inch item rather than the 20-inch item I ordered. Apparently, they measure it only from the very back parts that attach to the wall and not the bars themselves which is very deceptive. Thus the 4 star instead of a 5 star which I would have given it. So if you don't care about size, then this is a beautiful item.

Nice quality- feels very sturdy and was simple to hang. Looks like a more expensive shelf than it is.
