Vanilla Eau De Toilette

My girlfriend loves the smell of vanilla. She sprays it on things to make them "smell like me." The smell is a bit strong, so I use it to mask bad smells as well.

I have to admit that I was not a fan at all of this perfume when I first sprayed it on. It had some sort of floral-like scent to it and I was not smelling any hint of vanilla initially. I wanted to wash it right off but decided to just let it set on my body and wait for the dry down. Well, the dry down ended up being amazing on me and all I could smell 30 min later after the initial sprays were sweet creamy whipped vanilla. It even stayed on my body overnight and when I woke up in the morning the sweet vanilla scent as still there. It was long lasting on me, -a sweet, whipped vanilla smell that wasn’t overpowering and was just strong enough. Love this stuff and for the price you can’t beat it! Will be buying again for sure when I run out.

I was looking for more of a sweet bakery kind of vanilla. Instead I got more of an earthy, flowery and jasmine sent. I still wear this on occasion, it’s nice to know it’s made of more natural ingredients. A good quality product, but not what I was searching for. If you’re searching for something flowery, light, very subtly sweet and has a bit of a jasmine smell, then this is for you.

Usually one of my favorite perfumes, but this bottle seriously fell short. It smelled more like rubbing alcohol than vanilla, so I ended up throwing it away. Really disappointing given my past love for the brand.

Good. Not great. I purchased the large bottle of the coconut and it was incredibly soft, sweet and the exact scent I wanted. I thought that this would be spot on too but, it's mostly a musky vanilla. Not soft or sweet. Thick, dark, woody and musky. If that's what you're looking for, this is your scent. It just didn't meet the expectation that the coconut did. It's not long lasting either but, it's water based so, it's expected.

Some people said that the Formula had been changed. It smells exactly the same to me. And the scent didn’t last a really long time but if you spray it on your clothes, it’ll last throughout the day. Love this perfume and have been wearing it since the 90’s . Same scent. Different bottle. I wasn’t sure about the new bottle and how I would like it but I actually really enjoy it. The spray coming from the nozzle is a little bit of a stronger mist now. And the bottle is definitely much sturdier.

This is a good one - blast of vanilla extract then dries down to soft fresh sweet floral in there too. Love The Body Shop fragrances. Nice everyday fragrance non offensive, office safe - Clean Casual scent. Last longer layered with lotion or spray on clothing. Not gourmand would be great for summer.

Very rarely does the Body Shop disappoint. Divine smell. Bought, on request, for our teenage daughter.

I am so much in love with this vanilla edt from TBS. The smell is sweet enough to feel elegant and sophisticated. It purely smells like Vanilla. As you can see the bottle is quite small so it will be your best friend when you are traveling. Stays for 4-5 hours. I get compliments whenever I am wearing this. Cruelty free and comfortable to use. You won't feel any irritation on your skin when you apply it. I just love it.

Beautiful smell that lasts a long time.

Alle Fans des Vanilla-Duftes vom Body Shop werden enttäuscht sein. Riecht völlig anders als das Eau de Parfum vom Body Shop. Die Flasche ähnelt dem Original, ist aber nicht die gleiche. Der Inhalt ist dunkelgelb und riecht stark süßlich. Das Parfum riecht nicht nach Vanille und ist nicht hochwertig. Es ist also ein nachgemachtes Produkt von minderer Qualität. Ob es vegan ist, bleibt unklar... Ich werde es nicht benutzen. Teuer bezahlt - nie wieder!
