Really nice quality works great.

Worked ok at the beginning, have it connected to laptop and 2 HD 24 inch monitors. It regularly drops both screens and the image quality is incredibly poor. Not worth the money at all. Should have got an official ThinkPad dock. UPDATE It has taken a while which is delayed by not being immediate response on the support page but the support has helped and provided a firmware update and thank you I now have a stable dual monitor connection with improved clarity. Support have impressed me with a working solution. Thank you, happy again.

Has one of these before know invaluable they are especially when laptops don’t give the right port…needed two hdmi as I have two screens…so far so good!

This is the best product I have purchased in a long time! Simple connectivity to laptops to run two external displays, keyboard, mouse and external HDD. Plus added USB C support to charge compatible laptop. Only down point a longer USB C cable to connect to the laptop would have been better but simply remedied buying an extension cable. It has the odd moment when the cable is slightly knocked and the screen go out but that can be expected. I have used this for almost a year adding more accessories and haven’t been disappointed so far. Great product.

Great deal

I bought this because I wanted to easily connect dual monitors from my work PC to my MacBook. It works okay with the PC, as it connects and detects both monitors. However, one of the monitors is connected via DP and not HDMI. That connection makes the one monitor jumpy. The HDMI connection is perfectly fine. However, it may be that the monitor is not really compatible with DP, as it is an older model. Now with the Mac, it does not detect the two monitors as two separate monitors. So I cannot get it as an extension. It only mirrors. I would advise getting a docking station that has the two HDMI if you want to connect dual monitors. All the other inputs work fine.

I bought this adaptor for my new Dell computer as it is advertised as Dell XPS compatible. An adaptor is needed with the computer since it only has 2 usb-c ports. I've had issues with the functionality of the computer - the sound of my Jabra speaker drops mid meeting, the sound quality is bad and delayed in video calls, the screen of my external monitor goes black periodically, the charger icon has a warning of slow charging, the mouse drops connection to the usb receiver. I have been speaking to Dell about the issues however when I changed adaptor all issues were resolved. I have now tried to claim a refund for this faulty item and discovered that the warranty period is only 1 month and I am 5 days outside of that tiny warranty period.

Plugs into the dual USB-C ports on left side of the macbook, works at 140 Hz on my two 27 inch QHD monitors + has USB and Ethernet ports.

Due to COVIT lockdown could not return the product within 10June. Also, did not find any other suitable return options. The product is not suitable for IBM Laptop. Also, no warranty seems available through as per Australian regulation 2 years warranty is required. There is no option to claim warranty.
