I ordered a "Good" item, but it was almost perfect. No defects, scratches, or anything. I have had no issues with the phone so far. I would highly recommend the seller!

The phone is not excellent condition. It's very poorly reconditioned. They used cheap parts to dress up an old clapped out phone. The screen is warped and looks like it was cut with a razor blade. The frame has scrapes from being dropped. I've had it over a week now and haven't activated it because I'm so disappointed in the reconditioning of the phone. I paid extra for "excellent" quality, this phone is poor at best. UPDATE: I couldn't activate the physical SIM because the phone was not unlocked. I used it for roughly a month and the screen started to lift up from the frame. The back was loose from day one. The screen completely glitched out rendering the phone completely unusable. Had to order a new screen and back to fix it. I wish I could file a complaint on the company who reconditioned this phone. Slapping a cheap screen on a beat up phone is not reconditioning. They need to get better technicians who know what they are doing. None of the new parts were installed correctly. Beware of refurbished phones. If not done right, they have zero water resistance.

This is the second refurbished Note 20 I've bought through Amazon. There is no discernible defect in either one. The reason I bought a second one is because of damage I did to the first one, making the charger port unusable. I was about to go on vacation, and knew that wireless charging was going to be difficult if not impossible. The phone arrived quickly in time for my vacation. The battery lasts all day with over 50% still available most of the time at the end of the day unless it was a particularly busy one. I take reservations for my small motel, so I can have many hours of usage on some days. All the other features are like new. The camera is very high quality. I take lots of bird pix and they are beautiful. The tap-to-pay is good. The brightnes and clarity and size of the screen are state of the art. The stereo sound is decent for a phone. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot and tethering, the Verizon connection-you name it, it's how it's supposed to be. I have bought Notes since the first model, and this one is as advanced as they get. There's memory to accommodate every app I've ever wanted too. I recommend the phone and the sourcing.

I always buy refurbished phones, because they are cheaper and normally just as good. I will say this phone is in good condition however I bought the excellent condition. The S Pen only half works and constantly goes off telling me it's not working. The battery life is not good at all. There was a big gash on the corner of the phone but it is covered up by the case. That being said everything else works great. The phone was unlocked and when starting up for the first time, prompted me to swap it from t-mobile(what it started up as) to ATT( what my SIM card is). Which is great. Overall I would say a great value but not the best I've ever had in refurbished phones.

This is my second Galaxy Note Ultra I am having the same issue as far as my battery.Staying fully charged, so that means it's the phone.So I wanna be purchasing another one

The phone arrived in great condition. It even included a charging cord and USB adapter which I was not expecting. It came partially charged and so far, the battery life has been solid. Everything funtions as expected and I was able to set up this phone (transfering my SIM card, etc) in minues.
