We had the bibs that can catch the food and we had the bandana bibs as well. We used all of them regularly but the smock has taken over because it really gives you full coverage of any skin/ shirt exposure which is amazing. My toddler walks away from meals unscathed. It's a lifesaver for nights when pasta with a red sauce is on the menu.
