Warm cozy comforter but can't wash it

I love this product -- its on my toddler's bed and is great. No smell, nice and warm and works great with a duvet cover. The only caution is that the guarantee is invalidated if you wash it. and the instructions make clear that although you *can* wash it, it really isn't advisable. That hasn't been a problem for us (yet).
