Best trap ever
Easy to set up. I super glue sunflower and pumpkin seeds on the side that dumps them. I place the seeds around the base of the ladder, up the ladder and on the flap. Keeps me from having to rebait it often. Eventually they fall off and I have to add more. Caught over a few dozen in a few weeks. The mice will eat each other if you don't check it often. Dump them out and give it a good rinse with some water, bleach, and dish soap and go again!

Awesome. Easy to use.
Caught over 200 mice in about 3 weeks using peanut butter. Didn't know my chicken coop had so many. Started out slow but just kept on re-baiting. Trapped 55 in one night. Some of the time it didn't look like any were there till you dumped the water. I love this. No more mice for now but I'm keeping it baited to be sure.

flimsy and cheap but it caught more mice then my lazy cat.
One of the plastic hinges came out of box broken. I was able to fix with minimal effort rather then return.Put peanut butter on end and a little inside the 5 gallon bucket, next morning the peanut butter was completely gone inside and out and the only thing left was mouse droppings in the bucket.I repeated the process and was able to catch one small field mouse. The next day repeated process, the next mouse opted to eat peanut butter and part of trap and got away leaving only poop. The day after I repeated process and caught another. Seems as that was all of them as of now.I believe that they wouldn't have got away if about 5 inches of water was in the bucket but my daughter and wife said no to that. All this because the cat wont pull her weight, lazy cat.

It works
We tried a different type of live trap, but this one finally caught the 2 mice pooping everywhere

Best mouse trap ever!
Excellent product. Catches mice quickly and safely. You can release them unharmed far away from the house in a mouse friendly area.

Good idea. Like the traps of old.

Fail. See Video.
The media could not be loaded. This trap is a fail. It's weighted wrong. You cant see it, but i had to glue lead to the bottom of the trap door to make it more sensitive and even then it didn't work. Mice are too smart for this.

5 star !!!! Highly recommend this
I got 2 of these.... I had a mouse problem at the cottage. And within a few days I got all the mice. The home depot orange 5 gallon pails fit perfectly. Used peanut butter as bait. And I put a drop of cooking oil on the plastic hinge so it tips smoothly.

This works at trapping the mice.
We are catching a few mice a day that all the poison & traps have missed. I like that we can live release to the field to live their lives out at nature intended. I put a motion detection camera on to see that the ramp was too steep & was not working, I placed a box under it to give it an easier run to the top of the trap door. The trap door was a little tight, so I filled off some on the sides edge so it does not stick now & catches all the mice who come to visit. All in All, a good value.

Pretty Useless
Set up this product according to directions. The critters found it very easy to get at the bait without falling into the bucket; all the bait was eaten but not a single rodent. Tried it several times, but ultimately I have concluded that this is not a well-designed device and doesn't work as described.

Crap
The flap won’t stay shut always open ,the mouse hut is to small won’t let the flapper to go back to reset spot. The plastic hits on the flapper, useless product don’t buy it
