Review: Expected Better - bought this product after a previous skin cut and expected it to be safer for sensitive use. Unfortunately, it did not meet that expectation and still felt unsafe in use. I switched to Philips OneBlade Intimate QP1924-30 instead. It delivered a much safer and more comfortable experience. Highly recommended without hesitation. Review: Failed after a couple of uses - I used the trimmer a few times. Whilst taking the plastic length guard off the trimmer head, there was a snap and the trimmer head came off. Its held on with about a 1mm piece of plastic, terrible design. No option of a return or refund as had it for 6 weeks. ## Features - DUAL-SIDED ERGONOMIC DESIGN - Dual cutting edges, making it easy to shave in either direction.
