Beware when you see Clicktech is supplier of your product.
The Clicktech company is sending used or refurbished on festival seasons to fool the consumer and run behind warrenty or services and customer cares . By the time you reach the service team your return period is over due to festive season. Should always check product once we receive or else we will be fooled with such deliveries . I got one which has scanner issue and feeder is not fitted properly . Colour quality is ok . Ink consumption is high than actual declared. Installation was quick through smart device . Durability of the product not sure as all the cover parts are made thin . A small miss handle may lead most of parts breakdown.

Must be used everyday for taking 5-30prints, otherwise it gives trouble
I bought this printer in May 2023. The printing quality is just above average. Can't read font if it is less than 6 in word document. If you don't use it for 10 days, there will line appearing. So you should undergo print head cleaning. After every 10 print head cleaning, you should replace the print head driver, which will cost upto Rs.700+service charges. Print speed is not upto the mark. It is recommended for Photo studio where every day Passport size photos are printed.

It has some color print quality issue. After using it for 6 months, not completely staisfied. Some prints are good and some are badโฆcolor missing from some places. Black and white print no complaints.

Prints blank pages
Got it, followed the installation steps from the epson smart panel app and after getting the setup complete and trying the printer it only prints blank pages, tried head cleaning and power cleaning and it still only prints blank pages The ink tanks were full when i did the setup process and ofc the ink intialization process was done through the smart panel app. Really hope for a replacement or a solution soon
