Typical overseas manufacturing execution. Only one other company makes a charger with more than two QC 3.0 ports, and it's discontinued, so this brand is all we have right now.However, the quality control is not there. This is my second one. The first one, the very first time I plugged it into the wall, it made a "popping" noise. Yes, it sparked. Straight out of the box. However, it still worked (I tested it with a voltmeter and a device I didn't care about). It still charged, but it produced copious amounts of electronic noise. Lots of screeching and whining, both in the charger itself, and the device it's charging. It did this with a battery pack, a tablet, and several phones. It squeals and whines with nothing plugged in, and gets louder the more you plug in. I thought it was defective, because it would spark every time you plugged it in, no matter if any devices were plugged into it.However, upon receiving my second one, I discovered that both chargers made these noises. The second one doesn't spark, thank God.As I mentioned, I have a little USB multimeter that tells me the voltage and amperage of each port. I test all my chargers and cables now, since cables can start to fail and still "charge", albeit at a slower amperage. So keep that in mind. Not only are cables not created equal, they fail in ways that they technically are still working, but just not optimal.So, I tested both of these chargers, comparing them to factory QC chargers, and iClever and Amazon Basic charges, etc...and everything was great at first. Showed 9+ volts when it was supposed to, etc. When it wasn't a QC device, it'd charge at 1.7~2 amps, which seemed cable dependant, and that's an expected performance. I was happy, mostly.Well, just like the first one, this didn't last long. Today I lost one of the four ports. It just won't charge anymore on that port. It also makes *more* electronic noise on the failed port. The meter shows 5.6 volts, which is way out of spec (this is not a QC device, so it shouldn't be much over 5 volts), and no amperage. When I plug in a device through this meter, it doesn't charge. No charging symbol. I take out the voltmeter, same thing. No charging symbol, and the phone doesn't charge.I had two Bluetooth headphone sets I had to return a week ago. I charged them exclusively with the first Dumvoin charger. They both got too hot while charging and refused to turn back on. I didn't think about it at the time, and I can't prove it, but I'm wondering if the Dumvoin killed them. I haven't had anything else die...yet. But then again, I've never had any device that charges by USB die on me, ever, before these two in a row, charged only by this charger.I'm returning this one, before I fry a device or it catches on fire. I'm still on the fence about wanting to try a third. Nothing I own will detect it at all and nothing charges at any speed. Tried several cables, tried reversing plug still nothing. It has no power light so can't even tell if it is getting power. Very disappointed. Looks like I will have to send it back which is a royal pain.This is an update to the original review which is now changed from a 1 star to happily an enthusiastic 5 star.I was contacted by the seller who sent me a replacement device for free to try. It works exactly as I hoped. In fact it fast charges my S7 which I really did not expect it to do! Totally satisfied and pleased with this product and seller! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great charger for all USB devices *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2017* Great product, this is the only charger I have found with more than 2 QC3.0 ports available. Everything works great with all 4 ports able to quick charge my devices. Definitely recommend, especially with more and more things supporting quick charging.
