What is the difference between this and the childrens vitamins/why should I buy this instead of the womens vitamins for me and kids for my children

We thought our kids to take pills young. When traveling it’s easy to grab 1 bottle. It’s also easy to down dose so none of us get too much. My youngest is 6 and has no issues with these. That being said, he’s been swallowing pills since he was 4. It’s not huge, but it’s not small. That’s my only caution.

How big are these pills? My family and I have a hard time swallowing large pills. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It's the size of a regular size capsule. Not too big. Just try one bottle n c if that will work for u and your family. Also the inside of the capsule is powder so if you have to, you can mix it with juice. God Bless...

Hi,Vitamin Code Family Formula does not contain soy. Thank you

Why does this have vitex??? I thought I finally found a vitamin the kids could have but then saw vitex

The Vitex Negundo in Vitamin Code Family Multi is the source of Vitamin E. Vitex is not added as an ingredient directly, the Vitamin E is extracted from the Vitex. Therefore if there is any Vitex in the product, it would only be trace amounts. Hope this clarifies. Be Well, Erin M. Garden of Life
