Relatively easy to put up, although the mat that wraps around is just a tad too small so it’s hard to get the loops fastened to hold it in place. Size is good and it seems durable, but I have had it less than a year for my granddaughter and have barely used it and already one of the side joints collapses on its own while she is in the playpen.
