Pretty, sturdy, versatile and good value…
Wiltshire Rose Gold Baking Sheet: Interesting pretty, girlie pink baking sheet… Never seen anything but the usual black/grey colour combo before but really nice if you want to serve your wares directly from the tray.I think the baking sheet deserves a 5 star rating, not just because it’s pretty but because it’s actually really sturdy and nicely non-stick and good value. Just a quick wipe off when your done or a warm soapy wash if required and it remains looking good. (If immersing best to let it cool off first - I’ve buckled many a pan by dipping it in water when still hot!)It’s a good size at approx. 15” x 10” however it is quite shallow at about 3/4” so wouldn’t work if cooking anything requiring a bit of depth - Swiss Roll for example. The thing to bare in mind is that the temp limit for this is 220c so not to be used for anything requiring really high heat - but not much requires such high temperatures in baking and at £8.05, at time of review, this provides a nice, versatile and attractive bakeware option. I’ll be looking for other pink pans in the hope of creating a set - very nice.

Fiddly to put back together and sharp edge on rim
I hadn’t appreciated that this was only 6.5cm deep so fairly shallow for a wide tin and as the label says ideal for making cheesecakes. It comes with an interesting looking ‘cheesecake’ recipe on the back of the label that uses tofu instead of cheese. The non-stick properties seem reasonable but as with these things only time will tell how durable it is. It’s made of fairly thin metal and definitely feels at the budget end of the market which is fairly reflected in its price. I found it quite tricky to get the base lined up in grooves and back in again after releasing it, more so than other springform pans I’ve used but maybe that’s because it is bigger. Another thing to be aware of is that on the top rim has quite a sharp edge where it overlaps.
