This mat has changed my life- eases muscle tension - easily identify imbalances. Says not to use like a foam roller but oh it is too good not to roll on slowly. I stand on it while brushing my teeth as well.

This did not contour to my body at all. I had to return it.

My kids refer to this as “mama’s spike mat”. Haha. They have all tried it out for a couple of minutes but don’t see the appeal. I, however, am in love! It definitely is pretty pokey and stingingly painful- at first. But soon it just starts making me melt into the floor. I have ADHD primarily inattentive type and find it really hard to be in the moment or still my mind. This is as close as I get. It’s great for working out knots or stiffness, or just for unwinding after a long day on my feet. The other day I was doing a full day of training. After 9 hours in the wrong shoes my feet, knees, and back felt broken. I immediately pulled the mat and pillow out and within 15 minutes I felt like I’d just left an hour long massage. Just loose and completely relaxed! The best part is I bought it with leftover FSA funds I needed to spend down! Win win!

I bought this for chronic migraines & occasional back pain. I haven’t noticed any improvement with my migraines but it has helped with my sleep & is very relaxing. You may feel discomfort when you first lay on it, but you quickly get used to it. I also know it works to release toxins. If I lay on it, with a very thin layer of clothing or skin direct on mat, like clockwork by the time my hour is up, I run to ‘Goooo’ to the bathroom. I just wish it was a full body acupressure mat. I’m on the look out for a good full body one now.

I bough this to get relief from nerve pinch in the back m, initially you’ll experience pain. But sustain that for Atleast 5-10 minutes after that continue as long you can, you’ll experience great relief. Try with bare back for best results. Without any T-shirt or shirt. First time try with something. But later once you become comfortable try without any shirt or t-shirt.
