This is a repeat purchase for me, and Nootropics Depot continues to deliver great quality. The 180ct bottle arrived well-protected in a Uline bubble mailer, complete with an outer plastic safety wrap over the bottle and a secure inner seal over the mouth. Inside are standard white oval powder capsules. I don’t drink coffee and only take one capsule in the morning on occasion when I need an extra boost. Being around 165–170 lbs., a single capsule gives me clean, sustained focus without any of the jitteriness I've come to expect from caffeine on its own. Since I only take them occasionally, a single bottle lasts me over a year. The various supplements I've purchased from Nootropics Depot over the years have always worked as intended. I’m more than happy to pay a little extra for a brand that is consistently reliable. Highly recommended.

I’ve been buying these for a couple years now and they’ve worked really well for me. The caffeine and L-theanine combination gives smooth energy and better focus without feeling too jittery. I also like that it feels cleaner and more balanced than coffee for long workdays. Definitely one of the few supplements I keep coming back to. And for that price, so worth it.

I made sure to actually write a review because of how strongly I recommend these! I don’t like drinking coffee often, and struggle to stay awake or make it through the day without having to take a nap or two. I also work very late nights on weekends, so I knew I had to find something to help. The first few days were very smooth and my body adjusted well. I didn’t get any shakes or jitters, but it’s recommended to keep yourself hydrated on these. I often used to joke that I’m living in the body of a 70 year old woman, when I’m not even nearly half that age. Now I can go through the day and not think about how tired I am, and not get that ‘crazy rabid squirrel from ice age’ feeling when I’m on them. Only 4 because I tried to open one to put in a smoothie and it was terribly bitter. Almost out, so ordering more!

I have a lot of difficulty with fatigue, concentration, motivation, and brain fog in the morning. I have this on my nightstand and have experimented with taking it right after waking up for the past week. It doesn’t resolve all of my issues, but it has helped significantly! I feel less fatigued and more able to take on the day. Personally, starting the day off on a positive note has been helpful in terms of improving my mood until around noon as well. I personally have had positive experiences with Nootropics Depot products and am glad that I tried this l-theanine and caffeine combo. I recommend it!

One cup of Starbucks Blond Roast (the highest content in Caffeine) is a little over 200mg of Caffeine in a Venti (largest size). There is pretty much no way one of these pills has 100mg of Caffeine. I have taken 4 at once: really no effect at all. One cup of liquid coffee with smaller caffeine content, gives me way more buzz than allegedly lots of Caffeine from taking a few of these pills at once. These are not my first Caffeine pills either, so for sure these were a waste of my money. Better off brewing coffee and drinking it. Also, 180 pills came in a GIANT sealed bottle: only halfway full still sealed! Pushing for advertising "look at what a great deal you get!" by using a gigantic bottle for a half filled/small amount of pills with the Caffeine potency of baby powder.

Perky pills, do the job and I like the lower dose. Dunno about the other gear in them but I don't notice any negative from it so beauty bonza!
