Q: I understand it states that UV light cure is recommended but will it cure under direct sunlight?

It should cure under sunlight, it will probably just take a little longer. UV light is UV light, the nail lamp is just a very direct and strong UV light.

Q: Is this enough uv resin to make a set of dominos?

I've never made a set of domino's so I'm not sure but that's a lot of resin , where it's premixed it goes pretty far .

Q: Does it take a long time to cure?

We use a UV light to cure and it usually takes about 5 minutes for small pieces.

Q: Has anyone used this on making tumblers ? If so , how many coats did you have to do ?

It can be done, but to be more cost effective I would recommend epoxy resin.
