Honestly, we chose this one because it was the best rated on Amazon and decently priced. The juices were delicious for the most part (to my taste 4/6 were). I told another friend about this and she said that the green ones were "rough" but I really just tasted celery gazpacho (which my ex said were two words that did not belong together as a description) :) And who knew celery had so much sodium?! Anyway - I love that there are no extra sugars. I also like that they come frozen solid and somehow due to their design - remain that way. After day two my buddy moved all of them from the freezer to the fridge because they were still partially frozen after being in the fridge for two days. I rather like slushy so I'm just doing it two days ahead of time. I have no clue how "good" a juice cleanse is.
