Why didnโt I get this before?
Super functional in cutting out tedious measurements for difficult corners & thresholds, etc. pretty durable and worth the money. Itโs so easy to use even a caveman could do it.

Hopeful
For the flooring project I had hoped on using this floor, it would not work. The black arms were too long and would not fit into the staggered corner to be able to get a measurement. I am hopefull that wil an "open" corner, it will work for me.
