Loose sheets
I thought it was in a book but they are loose sheets. Otherwise it is fine

It's no different from the tissue paper you wrap gifts with. I was looking for something with more consistency. The way it was advertised was somewhat deceptive. It's tissue paper, not tracing paper and will not work well with watercolor paints or to trace with. It tears easily. I could have bought bigger sheets and cut to size in the dollar store.
