Good for emergencies but not for night use if a heavy wetter
I have had bladder problems all my life, small bladder, overactive bladder, weak muscle control, need to pee every hour or two. And when I have to go I HAVE TO GO. I have a bladder the size of a walnut. When the urge hits it feels like my eyes are about to pop through my eyeglasses. The ultra absorbent hold one good accident but they will feel very wet and will have slight leaks but it won't run down my legs at least. The less absorbent ones are only good for light spurts till you can get to a urinal. These are only good at night if you use a booster pad and plastic pants unless wet dreams is the only issue or only slight leaks on the way to the bathroom when you have to go wicked bad.Still these work well for me during the day working, when lifting, when in the gym, when bending down if I had not been to the bathroom in more than an hour before the urge hits me. Also works well when I have to go and no bathroom is available and I can let small amounts out till I can get to the toilet or urinal. So on a long drive these help me between bathroom pit stops. But I only recommend if you at least have some bladder control. Not good for heavy or complete loss by themselves. Still an underwear brief I do not have to feel embarrassed about wearing. Would have loved these as a kid in high school. Bu

Good; but not quite...
Now I'll grant up front, my incontinence problem may well be worse than many (my urologist still has some tricks up his sleeve; we'll see). They were not adequate for overnight, however, and I had purchased these because they were claimed to be such. In addition, reading other comments, I'd erred on the side of sizing up. I should have gotten my usual size. I had also intended on replacing some of another brand which were inadequate, but made no claim to be for overnight. It occurred to me, though, that I can double up - wear a pair of the other brand, which are my regular (smaller) size, under a pair of these. That works.I doubt most of you will want to do that, however...

Works well
Reusable. Easier to put on than disposable products.

Snug but works as designed
I bought the large and I am a 38" waist. That's the lower end of the scale. It fits me ok but a bit snug in legs. That could be a design style to hold everything inside. One thing I don't like is it's short. I prefer briefs that ride a little higher. If I am not pointing down it seems very easy to leak out of top.Other than snug its working as designed.

Only good for complete voiding and immediate changing afterwards NOT for all day wearing.
The Good: The pad is larger than Wearever and shrinks upon washing to a slightly larger size than Wearever.Important Point: no fly opening; good for complete voiders. The Wearevers do have. The Bad: The urine spreads from the pad eventually even though I did not even come close to filling the pad (Wearever did not have that issue even with over 9 hours of use). The pad feels "wet" quickly unlike Wearever which does not even when worn all day long. Conclusion: These would be better than Wearever if one voids the bladder at once and changes them immediately but for heavy dribblers like me, I personally need something I can wear all day without changing because of the feeling of wetness or because the urine has spread on the briefs and then possibly onto my pants.*UPDATEI've had these for a couple of weeks and I've revised my 3 stars to 2. The wetness I shared about is unbearable, as soon as the urine hits them they feel wet AND it spreads past the pad very quickly. I can wear my Wearevers all day and they do not feel nearly as wet and the rest of the briefs do not get wet unless a lot of urine is involved. As stated before, get Petey's if you void all at once and immediately change them but for all-day wear, these are not what you want.
