Will these fit a size 20/22?

Wll these fit me, 5'2 guy, without being baggy? My thighs are about 29" around.

Our Plus Size Thigh Thigh Socks are knitted with great stretch and the cuff can accommodate leg circumferences over 35", so your 29" thighs will be no problem at all. I am 5 '3 ". I wear thigh high socks to the top of my thighs. 5'2", socks can be pulled up to the top of the thigh and may need to be folded to better fit the length of the thigh. The garter belt attached to the thigh sock holds the thigh sock well.

Will they fit a band size of 21-22in at top of thigh or will they be too big?

The length of the garter belt is adjustable. Fits thighs from 16 inches to 43 inches.
