I tried a few cheaper bands and the quality difference is stark. These have a uniform stretch while the cheap stuff stretches a bit and hits a limit that makes the exercises not as effective (lower range of motion is possible).

I have been looking for resistance bands for quite a while so when I found these, I knew I had to purchase because of the great price. These are my favourite as I'm currently working out from home. They come in different strengths and the different colours really help you differentiate between the strengths. Overall, great product! If you're looking for resistance bands, these are definitely it!

I am impressed by the quality of SOMAZ bands. It is very good for general fitness and exercise including home workout, physical therapy and Yoga. It is also very easy to use. Now I can tell that 20 minutes workout every day will improve significantly your body. It is strongly recommended.

I bought these resistance bands because gyms in my area were closed down due to the pandemic. Here’s my opinion on them: PROS: - Does Not Break: Seriously! I’ve been pulling pretty hard on them during my workouts and I haven’t had any of them snap on me or show any wear. - Difficulty is Labelled: I really like that the bands show a different color and also show the difficulty level. Makes it easier to choose which band to use for different muscle areas since some areas are stronger than others. CON: - The resistance bands do not list what the resistance level is equivalent to in weight! I used dumbbells in the past a lot and wish I could “convert” the resistance band difficulty to what I used to lift. Anyway, overall, I find these resistance bands to be great. They take up way less space than dumbbells or other fitness equipment do. I had to change up my workout moves a bit, but other than that, I’m starting to get back into shape thanks to these guys!

I bought these on a whim. Can't wait around for gyms to open to do some weight bearing exercise. I was amazed how much of a workout you can get from these bands. So many exercises can be done with these bands. They range from extra light to extra heavy. These would be great for anyone regardless of your fitness level. Best invention ever!

These bands are made from high materials quality. They are conformable and very easy to use in- and outdoor. They stay in place and work really well! In addition, the price is very reasonable for such a high quality band. I am very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.
