Each favor box measures 4 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide after assembled. Assembly is required. You can fill them with small favors.

Are they plain? Or do the come with the stickers shown in the photo?

They come with the "stickers" on the photo. But they aren't actually stickers they are printed on the boxes, not stuck on separately. I used them for my son's birthday party and they worked out great with our theme. Very happy with them.

The Luggage Favor Boxes are easily assembled by folding and inserting tabs into slots to keep the boxes closed. You simply pull the tabs out of the slots to open.
