product is rubbish not fit for purpose

Dreadful, came in a thin plastic bag contents were smashed to bits. Cant use the metal piece to clip to cage as its useless and not enough of the cuttlefish bone to attach it to. my advice avoid!

Items arrived unpackaged and broken to pieces. The 'metal pieces' do not do what I believe they are supposed to do. Very disappointed.
