So this is an amazing thing. digestive enzymes I mean. I have ibs d and this has changed the need to use the bathroom so often. I used to go like 4 to 6 times after eating. So I had to limit eating to when at home.Helpful hints that i needed to do.Drink about 8oz of water with it or more.Doesn't seem to work as well without.Also I need to take them about 15 to 25 mins before I eat. I'll have to see if I can shorten this. because it sucks waiting to eat.I'm sure the probiotic pills work, but I think they are causing more issues for me personally.I take 3 pills each meal time, I don't think 1 or 2 are that effective. But I suppose this depends on how much you eat too.I'm happy with these still. Help a lot with my ibs issues.

I rarely open advertisements and in fact run from them, but this one pulled me right in saying it is ideal for IBS sufferers. I've tried so many probiotics over the last 10 years and some worked a little, but this one is the first to give me the ability to eat things that send me right to the toilet. I haven't been able to eat anything with garlic for the last decade without running to the toilet as well as refried beans, and this is seriously the first time I digested without my intestines wanting to explode. So I say with total confidence that this probiotic-enzyme combo really works. I still will continue eating a whole food plant based diet, but it's really good to know I can eat out with family or friends and not worry about where the nearest toilet is. This has given me so much peace and I think anyone with IBS should give it a try.
