Probably the best waist trainer I've ever bought and I use it to row with usually my other lumbar/waist trainers roll up or make a Velcro sound the whole time which is absolutely annoying but this thing doesn't budge at all it's perfect!! I'll post pics as soon as I can .I weight 150 and am 5'8 size 8 in pants with a 31 inch waist and got the smallest size and it's a perfect fit! Hope that helps you!

The amount of sweat that drips from my waist when I remove this is insane!!! It's super comfortable and I forgot that I'm wearing it when I'm working out. Highly recommend.

I love sweet sweat products. I have had an older sweat band by them and needed a new one. I am an earth tone color lover so when I saw this shade I immediately fell in love and had to purchase. Great for the gym.

This is my second sweat belt. The first one was an earlier version which was actually thicker and felt more supportive. Not sure what the changer w the new colors but it is not as substantial as the original. Still gets the job done though and am so glad they have this color (can’t recall the official color name but it’s a dark brown) because I’m a dark-skinned woman and it matches my skin perfectly! Seems a wee bit pricey for what it is BUT it works …

The only thing I would say I didn’t like about this waist trainer is that compared to the regular pink & black one is this waist trainer is smaller on the torso.

I still wear my sweat band but I have a long torso and the size I got for this was just only covering half for sure size up
