Q: I purchased this item and it has turned green. Do you have any tips to clean it correctly? The jewelry cleaner I had did not clean it unfortunately.

I bought a jewelry cleaning cloth from Walmart that is pink on one side and white on the other. I don't have the original packaging so I can't remember the name but it cleans it wonderfully.

Q: Is it a three dimensional heart or one face (the one that is hidden) is flat? Can I show both sides of the heart or only one?
