Regardless of the issue they offered to replace it or refund it. No BS, just how can we make it right? This is a company that makes quality products and stands behind it. I miss the days when this was normal. But since I already love their product and now I know I can trust that if it's not right they will fix it, I have no problem recommending them and giving them 5 stars. Original review: The color change is only on the adhesive side. I love Vivid vynal wrap and used to use it all the time. I bought this to repair a table top. I was hoping it would have a touch of red or burgundy to go with the rooms black and burgundy decor. I noticed it was only black when I was inspecting the roll, but I was hoping maybe once I got it open and stretched it would look right. Then as I was stretching it over the table I noticed the adhesive side looked awesome. So I kept going thinking maybe it would show through once it was on and I looked at different angles. Nope, nothing but black at all angles and all lighting. Not sure if it's a manufacturing error or design error. But it's crap. should have just got a textured black or something.
