Can additional magnets stick to these cards? I need it for poetry tiles.

They would stick on them, but they might move a bit to the right or left, depending on the orientation of the magnet. I would look for thin metal tape which will work much better on the magnets/poetry tiles.

Can i sublimate on these without adding my own card?

No, It is just sticky to add your own card.

Are these for sublimation ?

No, but you can stick any business card on the adhesive side of our business card magnets!
