Will this work on my senton blx 100 and my kraton 6s blx185?

Yes it will work to programe any of spectrums ESC.

Will this work on a stock vorteks ?

Yep it will, I just used it to adjust punch. It will not work for granite etc in the 3s line unless they release them with spektrum ESC
