Review: Iv had a bad wrist for about 6 years now and doctors won't won't bother with me anymore trying to figure out whats wrong, so I have to take care of the pain myself and I will say this was the best purchase iv made. Iv used a normal ice pack and it was frustrating having to actually sit down and use my other hand to hold the ice pack in place and this guy has made it so I can free roam and do other things while icing my bad wrist, definitely helps numb the pain tho I wish it stayed colder way longer so im gonna have to buy a few more so I dont have to wait on the one to cool again😅
