Gives me everything electrolytes give without too much salt and no sugar. Comes in a variety of great flavor. Love the bigger containers which helps with cost in the long run and not having to purchase too often.

Expensive but the grape flavor is the best of the grape flavors out there. I would have given it five stars but for the price.

Great supplement if you drink large amounts of water (5-7 liters a day for me). Tastes good and lasts 45 days so it's a little less than a dollar a day but if you buy on Prime day you can save a good amount and stock up for a year until next prime day since its lasts more than a year.
