I had keyhole surgery along with a C section cut during the same procedure. These knickers are a life saver! They sit nice and low at the front so they dont touch the C section cut at all and are obviously no where near my abdomen so they also dont touch the keyhole incisions in my stomach. The material is lovely, they fit well with no tight elastic and are comfortable to wear,standing, sitting and sleeping. They wash well too. Absolute diamond find for post surgery.

Love these. Usually a size 8 prepregnancy, ordered a size 12 at 18 weeks. They were a little loose for the first couple of weeks but now at 24 weeks they fit really well and they’re so comfortable to wear. Love the cotton fabric, wearing them constantly!

This is my first pregnancy and everyone has been insisting that my maternity underwear needs to go over my bump and up to my bra. I tried that for about two days, loathed the feeling and extra fabric and still felt there was “too much going on” around my bump in terms of clothes and squeezing. A quick Amazon search later and I found these. Gave them a try, and WOW! The moment I put them on- instant relief. They leave my bump ALONE. I feel so free and COMFORTABLE for the first time in months!! They aren’t too wedgie-prone I’ve found, don’t shift when walking, great soft cotton material and sit just low enough that my bump feels free, but not too low that it would ~show anything~ for any ~natural~ folk out there. Sizing: I would maybe say go a size up if not a few, depending what you like. I’m quite thick in the butt area with a 44 inch butt and usually wear a snug large in Victoria secret/Laura Ashley, but these I went for a 2XL as I like something loose for pregnancy, and they’re perfect. Loose enough I don’t notice them, but they’re not sliding anywhere. I’d recommend sticking true to size if you like a snugger fit, though! I really can’t recommend these enough. Have really and truly changed my pregnancy experience. Thank you!!

Amazing such good quality. Feel lovely material and very comfortable. I bought for me as I’m pregnant so they sit below my bump without rolling over like other knickers or digging in. Have recommended to other pregnant mummas! But tbh would use even after I’ve given birth as would be perfect for anyone who has had a C section too.

Oh dear almighty l...rd🙈 I was waiting my entire life for that knickers. I will buy them again and again even if I'm not pregnant. They're breathable, soft comfy and stretchy, I feel with them on like I would have no underwear at all. Dear Ladies, you can ignore the fact that they're a maternity underwear. They're definitely perfect for non-pregnant women too!

I bought these not because I was pregnant but because I was having an operation around my mid section. I had been advised to wear lose fitting underwear but I didn't think that would work, so I went for these. They are perfect for the job, in fact I like them so much I may continue to wear even once I'm better! I have donated a kidney and in the past has a hysterectomy (so they would work for c section) and they are perfectly positioned to not get on the wound. They don't fall down, they do have a full bum covarage, but they won't hide away under clothing if that is a concern of yours, me i don't care what anybody thinks. Pretty little pants that fit true to size, have a little stretch, thicker material but still breath. For me they are great and I can heartily recommend them for any mid section operation, and I don't see why they wouldn't be perfect for the baby bump as well.

So glad I got these! They are so comfortable and don’t dig into my pregnant belly like regular underwear. One thing to mention is that based off the size chart I should order a XXL but I got a XL instead and I’m so glad I did. I may have even gotten away with just a L, though I still have a few months left to go so I still have room to grow.

These are a lifesaver! I am in my 3rd trimester and none of my regular undies fit comfortably. These are so comfy, fit very well below the bump, and have a bit of stretch to them. They're literally all I can wear right now and I'm really happy I took a chance on ordering them. I bought another set of maternity panties off Amazon from a different seller for a cheaper price but they are not stretchy and fit tight around the thighs. It's definitely worth it to get these ones (I ordered the neutral 5 pack). Just check the size chart before ordering because I'm normally a medium - large but got these in an XL, which was perfect for me.

Me ha sorprendido para bien este producto, estuve buscando muchos días, hasta que me decanté por este Y es muy suave el tejido, la costura era lo que buscaba que no me molestara ni me dejara marcas y sobre todo que la barriga que me va creciendo en ningún momento se ve afectada, lo que me pasaba con otros productos que me apretaba y me agobiaba, ahora estoy muy contenta y espero que me siga creciendo la barriga de embarazada cómodamente Además la talla se corresponde a las medidas que esperaba Le doy las 5 estrellas porque cumple con todas mis espectativas

Absolutely in love with these underwear! These were the only underwear that were comfortable to wear during my pregnancy. I was a large during my last pregnancy and I would say that the other comments were very true about size and to not go up a size. I got an XL but really should have gotten a large. They still fit fine and were super comfortable but I definitely could have gotten away with a large. If I get pregnant again I will be getting more of these for sure.
