I ordered the 16,18, 20” bundle, had my beautician customize the hair with a soft caramel brown to blond ombré color and add it to my tresses. It’s soft, smells great and matches the natural look of kinky, coily African American hair. Please know that hair is not true to length! The 20” and 18” were same length. Also hair is very thin at the ends. So far I’ve had install for 3 days. No shedding No foul odor. I also initially thought that it did not look like 18 inches. Yes the hair is thick and soft the touch. I’ve been wearing hair pieces for many years and this piece to me was 100% human hair. I was not crazy about the quality of net or cap, but it works. No problem cutting the lace. I washed and conditioned it and hung to dry. Woke up this morning and finished drying it with my blow dryer. I glued it in place with Got to Be and ladies not Gorilla Glue. I put some coconut oil in, brushed it and out the door to work. Through out the day I periodically ran my fingers through the hair and thought to myself that I’m really liking this hair. It is light weight, very thick and soft. It’s looks and feels very natural. At the end of the day I am very happy with my purchase and would totally buy another again. Now that’s what I think.
