Hat is small.
My husband needed an outfit for a roaring 20’s party and he didn’t want black so red worked. I was surprised when a flat paper envelope arrived. The hat was folded inside the bag, but it did regain most of its shape. It’s a good thing he wanted to wear the tie because the bow tie was pink and did not match anything. Also, note the hat is small.

Hat is child sized.
Hat is too small for an adult. Sized for children.
