Pretty simple. Adhesion tape a little tricky on a couple sides but with some patience you can peel off the paper nicely. Best results in the dark of course but still a nice touch during the day. Remote is eh at best but at least there is one. I haven’t gotten the mobile app to discover the lights yet but I’m ok with that. No issues with the reoccurring “turns on randomly” complaint. Almost thought the lights were defective at first because they wouldn’t change color at all, but I adjusted the sensor and then much to my relief they started working properly!

I bought this for a TV I was installing but unfortunately, the TV ended up being installed less than an hour before the package arrived. Im sure this would look fantastic on a TV with the right dimensions, but I ended up using it for my desk shelf. The lights themselves are fine, and it looks like everything is the correct length. I had to improvise the placement on the desk shelf, but it ended up working as well as I could've hoped for. The remote is a little bare bones, but for the price, I cant complain. My one gripe is that the adhesive was perfect for most of the part, but there were some dead spots where it just wouldn't stick. They happened to be right next to the corner joints, so a little electrical tape did the trick. Seeing how this is meant to be on the back of a TV and no one would see it to begin with, its not a big issue, but if you plan on using it in a similar setup like I did, I'd recommend having a backup adhesive on hand to prevent any issues.

I've had this for about a month now! Awesome array of colors and features. You can customize colors and make your own themes! You can even sync it to voice/music, however, the sensitivity isn't the greatest! You can also set timers for it to turn on/off daily and set a calendar. Love it when I come home from work and I have light in my apartment! Generally, I love everything except for these particular things: -If you plug it into the USB on the back of your TV it will flicker on and off whenever it pleases. A bit on the creepy side, but you can control it with an app on your phone if you are in bed. - The adhesive could be better. It has stuck fine since installation on my 50" tv, BUT I had to reinforce the corners with clear scotch tape so that it doesn't start to sag away from the TV. Overall, fun mood lighting for the cost. Worth it if you need some serotonin-boosting!
