Online sellers like a certain fancy flour seller and other sourdough specific retailers sell it for 20 to 35 bucks plus shipping. For a simple restaurant 2 qt container! If you have a restaurant supply store near you, you can pick it up for a couple bucks. I don't have a restaurant supply near me so this was the best price I could find. It is exactly like my other bulk containers for a much better price.
