Very surprised with how quiet this pump actually is!! It is absolutely silent, to the point that we don't hear anything but bubbles in the water when the rest of the house is shut down. The air flow is decent enough to give good aeration & be used with a filter, but wouldn't work for anything larger than a 10gal. Wish they made this pump for a 40 gal, because we are adding another tank in another room. It was very easy to use and set up , my 4 year old helped & figured it out. It suctions nicely to back of tank and hasn't fallen yet in weeks. I do press it on once a week, just in case. Update: there is a low buzzing that has begun to happen from time to time from the pump, which is not silent, but not loud either. It’s manageable while remaining quiet (just not silent when that happens anymore). Still a great pump that works very well , strong pump. Still want one for a 40+ gal, holding out hope.

Pretty impressed with this set! I recently started two smaller tanks, one is a 6 gallon and the other is a 10 gallon exclusively for shrimp keeping. I purchased my aquarium kit from PetSmart to which it has most all of the components needed to set up a tank, except for an air pump, substrate, plants etc. I usually support my local pet shop, but I’ve recently dumped tons of money there since getting these new tanks set up, so for this one I decided to save a few bucks by turning to Amazon. I was kind of skeptical of this pump because I usually stick with my go to brands that I know work with my aquariums that I’ve had for 10+ years. My local pet shop recently switched air pump brands, so I decided to give this one a try since it came with everything needed for $20. A pump from my local store would’ve run $15-$20, plus $5 for tubing, another $1-$3 for air check valves, & another $3-$8 for an airstone… yet this was a one stop shop, it’s compact, AND it sticks to the side of the tank so you can hide it… of course I had to give it a shot since it helped me save approximately $20. I included photos of the whole thing & put the items in my hand so you could get size reference. It’s very easy to assemble, especially if you’re new to the aquarium hobby. It also comes with an instruction booklet and a photo diagram, which helps. I’m impressed with how much power and pumping capacity it has for being so compact. The airflow is great for my 10 gallon, which you can see in the video. The air stone is the perfect size to hide in the tank yet still get plenty of oxygen in the tank. It is also very lightweight and sticks easily onto the back of the aquarium so it doesn’t take up surface space and is easily hidden. I love the fact that it comes with a suction cup. It’s even an added bonus that it comes with an extra valve on it for extra safety in case you need to pause airflow or pause the air pump if there’s a leak. This air pump is SUPER quiet too, which is the main purchasing factor for me in air pumps. I’ve had some very noisy pumps that make you want to throw them out the window, adding work since you have to insulate them to get them quieter, but this pump is amazingly quiet! Can’t even tell it’s there. The overall value for the money with it including everything you need is so worth this product! I am a happy customer. I will also be a repeat customer again since it helps save money, yet is super innovative. Cannot say enough great things, highly recommend giving this product a try. Additional bonus is that it comes in both black and white to help match whatever scheme you are going for with your fish tanks. I will be posting any additional updates that might occur.

I’m using this nano air pump in a compact 3-liter deep water culture (DWC) hydroponic setup, and it’s been exactly what I needed. It provides just the right amount of aeration to keep the nutrient solution oxygen-rich without creating too much turbulence for the roots. Despite its small size, it performs reliably—and best of all, it’s virtually silent. The piezoelectric ceramic plate design makes it much quieter than traditional air pumps. I have it running continuously, and I barely notice it’s on. Setup was quick and easy. The kit includes the pump, tubing, a check valve, an air stone, and a suction cup—everything you need to get started right out of the box. The suction cup holds well and keeps the pump neatly in place. For small-scale hydroponic systems like mine, this is a solid choice. Quiet, compact, and effective—exactly what I was looking for.

Works.. it is quiet and light weight. I keep the device on the floor and have not tried to stick in on glass. Plenty of airflow. Good price. Comes with everything you need such as tubing, check valve, flow valve and bubble stone.

I've only had it for a day but so far its the quietest and most convenient air pump ever. Its very small and I like the option to stick it to your tank. Setup was super quick and easy. The only thing I wish it had was adjustable flow, but supposedly that is included with the larger model so its a trade off. Perfect for my 6.5 gallon.

Very quiet. Quiestest pump i ever owned. Maybe only a soft hum that I strain to hear. The bubbles are louder. The pump is said to be only powerful enough for an air stone but I am able to use it for a foam filter in a 5 gal. The suction cup that holds it to the tank seems to hold though I think it would be nice if they included a clip or at least a second suction cup as back up. The cord is short so measure your distance to power. Perfect for my needs so 5 stars but if there was 4.5 stars id give it that for short cord and only average suction cup to hold it.

Bought this in July 2025 and it was plenty powerful and quiet with my small sponge filter. Have it in a 5 gallon betta tank. Recently it started to make a ton of noise and sounds like the motor is running out. The air is inconsistent now and will go in and out every other day. Ok for the money but dont expect it to last that long before being noisy or the motor running bad. I've only had it for 6 months but at $14 I cant complain too much and it is compact. Going to buy another one in case this one was faulty or a fluke and will update my review once I've tried it again.

Too much requirements to use it. Make product not good for me. First 110v ac, second should be up of air output, need valve to stop water, not powerfull, noise is too much to put the aquarium in bedroom. Not returnable easily

Petite pompe efficace et silencieuse. J’ai vu beaucoup de commentaires concernant la ventouse de fixation qui tombe sans raison. Ce problème est probablement dû au fait que les gens ne prennent pas bien le temps d’appuyer fermement pour bien fixer la pompe. Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines qu’elle est en place et elle n’est jamais tombé même quand je tire dessus assez fermement. Seul point négatif la pierre à air qui est de mauvaise qualité. Les bulles sont très grosses et peu abondantes. C’est pour cette raison que je me suis procuré une autre pierre qui fait très bien le travail. Je donne quand même la note de 5 étoiles parce que en général ce genre de pierre ronde ne donne pas toujours de bon résultats. J’aurais aimé également avoir un interrupteur pour cesser de la faire fonctionner. Je dois la débrancher à chaque fois pour le nettoyage de l’aquarium et je trouve cela un peu ennuyant. Certes pour le prix on ne peut pas tout avoir. Quand même un très bon achat et l’on verra pour la longévité. Acheté sans crainte vous ne serez pas déçu…
